Kelly enjoys interaction with clients and stakeholders, striving to fully understand what is needed to obtain a successful result. The passionate advocacy Kelly developed during her time in the public sector and volunteer activities has translated seamlessly to representation of the firm’s clients.
Kelly was born in Indianapolis and graduated from Pike High School; however, she has incorporated other big-city perspectives to her more than a decade of work in Indianapolis., After attending Xavier University in Cincinnati for a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science, Kelly attended Brooklyn Law School in New York City and lived in Chicago and Washington, DC.
Since returning to Indianapolis in 2014, Kelly has been involved in community and professional organizations including the Indianapolis Bar Association. Within IndyBar, Kelly currently serves as the Chair of the Real Estate and Land Use Section, and she previously served as the Chair of the Public Outreach Committee. Kelly graduated from IndyBar’s Bar Leader Series in 2022. In 2023-2024, Kelly was a member of Hoosier Women Forward, a civic leadership program designed to empower Democratic women to become more active participants in politics and leaders in their communities. In 2025, Kelly became a board member for the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP), an organization that partners with the community to strengthen coordination and advance solutions to homelessness. Kelly is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.
Outside of her career, Kelly loves cooking, running, traveling, and spending time in her Fountain Square neighborhood with her husband and their four dogs
