History
Clark, Quinn, Moses, Scott & Grahn, LLP, also known as Clark Quinn, is a top rated law firm that traces its roots as far back as 1945. Former partner Raymond Grahn also began his practice in Indianapolis that year. Raymond Grahn formed the partnership of Grahn & Grahn with his son Charles Grahn in 1977. In 2003, Grahn & Grahn merged its practice with the firm of Clark, Quinn, Moses & Clark, LLP forming Clark Quinn.
Few law firms in Indianapolis have been as deeply involved in the legal, business and policy decisions that have helped shape central Indiana. Alex Clark, an original founder of the firm, served as the mayor of Indianapolis from 1952 to 1956. Alex’s brother, James C. Clark, served as State Representative from 1962 to 1964.
Throughout the firm’s history, its members and associates have been very involved in a variety of civic, community and charitable endeavors including numerous youth athletic activities, the arts and theater, and various non-profit organizations and ventures.
