About Charlie
Charlie received his B.A. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and received his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in 1977. Charlie represents clients in estate planning and administration, guardianship, adoptions and probate litigation, including will contests. Charlie also represents clients in civil litigation, including personal injury, both plaintiff and defense, and commercial transactions. Charlie entered the law practice in 1977, soon thereafter forming the partnership of Grahn & Grahn, with his partner and father, Raymond J. Grahn. In January 2003, Grahn & Grahn merged its practice with the firm of Clark Quinn Moses & Clark, forming the new firm, Clark, Quinn, Moses, Scott & Grahn, LLP. Charlie served as Commissioner of the Marion Circuit Court from January 1980 to July 1983. He is currently a Member/Trustee of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation, and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. (Probate, Trust and Real Property section) and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Charlie was recognized by Indianapolis Monthly Magazine as one of Indiana’s “Superlawyers” for his work in the probate and estate planning areas.
