About Jenny
Jenny practices in the areas of employment law, civil appeals, and general business litigation. She has extensive experience helping clients navigate the many issues that arise in today’s employer-employee relationships, including wage and hour concerns, employee separation and disciplinary matters, and drafting and implementing effective personnel policies and practices.
For the past twenty years, Jenny has also successfully represented clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies with regard to a broad range of complex disputes. In addition, she has served as an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, teaching legal analysis, research and communication to first year law students.
Jenny received her B.S. degree in business from Indiana University in 1989 and her J.D. degree summa cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1995. She has been a Girl Scout Troop Leader, a PTO President and Vice-President, and was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Indianapolis from 1995 through 2003. Jenny spends her free time traveling with her family and is an avid amateur photographer.
