One of the firm’s primary areas of practice is real estate law. Clark Quinn represents clients in all areas of real estate law including transactional matters and litigation.
As described in the Zoning and Land Use practice area, our attorneys represent landowners, developers and business entities before local land use authorities and agencies relative to a wide variety of development and use requests such as rezonings, variances, special exceptions, platting, architectural design and site review approvals, and related approvals and certifications.
On the transactional side, our attorneys represent buyers and sellers of real estate in virtually every aspect of a sale/purchase transaction, from the initial site location to closing the deal. Some of these services including the following: drafting and review of purchase agreements, review of leases, options, and the myriad of related documents involving the critical financing process, surveys/engineering, utility infrastructure, environmental matters, title insurance, appraisals, property inspection and due diligence.
Clark Quinn also represents clients in unique areas of law including eminent domain, annexation and condominium regime.
Although Clark Quinn attorneys are proactive in protecting their real estate clients’ interests on the front end, Clark Quinn is often called upon to represent clients in real estate matters involves litigation at the trial, administrative and appellate levels, including cases involving zoning and land use approval decisions, legislative acts, disputes between parties to real estate contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, and other matters involving real estate.
