With over 25 years of experience in planning, economic development, and municipal leadership, Joe is an experienced professional specializing in urban planning, zoning administration, and community development. His prior municipal experience includes work with the City of Franklin, City of Portage, Town of Whiteland, and, most recently, as the Director of Development with the Town of Bargersville. Through his public service, he has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar projects, facilitated land use policies, and implemented regulatory frameworks that drive sustainable growth.

Joe’s expertise extends to grant writing, project management, and MS4 regulations and implementation, ensuring compliance with zoning codes and environmental standards. His tenure in various leadership roles across Indiana has honed his ability to collaborate with city officials, stakeholders, and community members to foster economic expansion and infrastructure improvements.

A graduate of Ball State University with degrees in Urban Planning and Environmental Design, Joe remains committed to community involvement, including his role as a founding member of the Bargersville Rotary Club and memberships in the Theta Chi Fraternity, Delta Kappa Chapter Alumni Association, the American Planning Association as well as the Indiana Chapter of the American Planning Association. His leadership, strategic planning abilities, and dedication to responsible development make him a valuable asset in shaping thriving communities.
