Jennifer F. Perry

Jenny practices in the areas of employment law, civil appeals, and gen-eral business litigation. She has extensive experience helping clients in numerous industries, including technology, healthcare, and education, navigating the many issues that arise in today’s employer-employee rela-tionships, including wage and hour concerns, employee separation and disciplinary matters, and drafting and implementing effective personnel policies and practices.

For the past twenty-five years, Jenny has also successfully represented clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administra-tive agencies with regard to a broad range of complex disputes. In addi-tion, she has served as an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, teaching legal analysis, research and communication to first year law students.

An Indianapolis native, Jenny received her B.S. degree in business from Indiana University and her J.D. degree summa cum laude from the Indi-ana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She has been a Girl Scout Troop Leader, a PTO President and Vice-President, and was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Indi-anapolis. Jenny spends her free time traveling with her family and is an avid amateur photographer.
