Frank’s general practice is focused on providing efficient and cost-effective representation for family and closely held businesses. Frank’s experience and practice includes focused estate planning, business succession planning, real estate, and general corporate matters.
Frank’s estate planning practice provides an opportunity to assist individuals and families develop wealth transfer plans, including business ownership succession, minimizing gift and estate taxes, asset protection and chartable giving. He also provides advice and counsel to personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries regarding estate and trust administration matters. Frank regularly assists court appointed personal representatives in supervised and unsupervised estates, assisting with the probate and administration of estates including non-probate transfers and statuary small estates. His general practice allows him to work with numerous small businesses managing day-to-day issues that confront the small business owner.
Frank graduated from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1989. Thereafter, he received his B.S. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, in 1993, and his J.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1997. Frank was admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and Montana in 1997. He is a member of the Indiana and Montana State Bar Associations.
He is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Indianapolis and is active in Boy Scout Troop 174, serving as Scoutmaster. Frank’s hobbies include spending as much time outdoors as possible, including bird hunting, fly fishing and working on a family farm in Morgan County, Indiana with his three daughters.
