About Frank
After 20 years of general practice, Frank appreciates the value of returning calls from clients, being responsive and working with clients to achieve a satisfactory result. As a result of his straight forward and honest approach, Frank now represents numerous businesses and families throughout the State of Indiana.
Frank’s general business litigation practice is focused on providing efficient and cost-effective representation for family and closely held businesses. Frank’s experience and practice includes succession planning, real estate, contracts, collection and general corporate matters.
In addition to his general litigation practice, Frank regularly assists clients in the area of personal injury, family law, estate planning and probate. He also provides advice and counsel to numerous small businesses handling day-to-day issues that confront the small business owner.
Frank graduated from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1989. Thereafter, he received his B.S. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, in 1993, and his J.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1997. Frank was admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and Montana in 1997. He is a member of the Indiana and Montana State Bar Associations.
Frank served as a member of the Indiana University Board of Trustees from 1995 to 1997. He is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Indianapolis and is active in the Indianapolis based Boy Scout Troop 174, serving as Scoutmaster. Frank’s hobbies include spending as much time outdoors as possible, including bird hunting, fly fishing and working on a family farm in Morgan County, Indiana with his three daughters.
